Our Story
Born from a belief that great food doesn't need pretense — just quality ingredients, honest technique, and a room where people actually want to linger.
Taco Patrol started as a simple question: why should the best tacos be an hour out of town? We built this space for neighbors who want more than a drive-thru experience — a place where the tortillas are made fresh, the mezcal is selected with care, and the lighting is just right for staying a little later than planned.
Every dish on our menu connects to something we learned from chefs and home cooks across Mexico — refined, yes, but never distant. This is food that tastes like it was made by people who eat it too.
